Jan Bloem is coming back to Cologne in June 2017 for a special workshop on how to implement Martial Movement in your daily life to enhance Health and Personal Development.
For a long time, Martial Arts have been considered as both „healthy“ and a „mirror of life“. Some say: „One round in the ring is worth hundreds of hours of coaching.“
Well said, and probably true.
It is also true, that you can practice martial arts without ever understanding the relationship between your physical practice and your personality. So how about taking some time to really explore whats behind these big words?
Jan Bloem, who holds a PHD in Human Movement Science, works as headcoach of the dutch karate team and as a coach for special forces and police in the Netherlands and Germany, has some very interesting things to say on this topic.
In this weekend workshop we will use martial movement to explore the connection to our physical and mental wellbeing as well as tools you can use to reconnect to your self and the source of your personal power.
This workshop is open to everyone! No martial arts experience needed! It is ment to enhance the depth of your practice, to learn new methods for your personal development or for your professional work with clients in personal training and coaching.
