Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for Female Fighters, with Fran Vanderstukken!

Helios Project – Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Köln Ehrenfeld – proudly presents one of the most fascinating female athletes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Fran Vanderstukken!

Since we have a growing number of female students in our team, we decided to take their knowledge and skills to the next level with some specific coaching for female fighters.

Fran Vanderstukken, who has just won the Newaza Ju Jitsu World Championships in 2016, is teaching and training at Brasa Leuven, PHD in Aalst (perfect hybrid dojo) and Sequana in Strombeek. She is currently brown belt in BJJ and 3rd degree Black Belt in Judo.

At Brasa Leuven, she is teaching a weekly „woman only“ class and is happy to bring her knowledge to Cologne to share it with every female participant who is involved in any kind of groundfighting. Being it a Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Luta Livre player. Also woman who compete in Mixed Martial Arts are more than welcome to join in the event!

o European NAGA champion, no gi (intermediate level) – Paris, France 2012
o European NAGA champion, gi and no gi (elite division) – Levallois, France 2014
o 3th place World Chamionship ne waza ju jitsu (-62kg) – Bangkok, Thailand 2015
o Vice European IBJJF Champion brown belts (-64kg) – Lisbon, Portugal 2016
o Winner NAGA Germany, gi and no gi – Limburg, Germany 2016
o 3th place European ADCC Championship – Mainz, Germany 2016
o Vice European NAGA champion, gi and no gi (elite division) – Amiens, France 2016 o World champion ne waza ju jitsu (-62kg) – Wroclaw, Poland 2016

Fran Vanderstukken is also competing in professional MMA fights and has a fighting record of 7 – 1 – 0
