Roger Gracie Blackbelt Oliver Geddes is coming to Cologne!

Content of the Worshop: LEG LOCKS

Oli will be teaching his leglock system, which he developed and adapted for maximum success in IBJJF competition but which works just as well in other rulesets. Every technique covered is legal at white belt in the gi under IBJJF rules, and by the end of the seminar you should have a significant degree of understanding of how to apply finishing pressure and a number of different setups, control positions and guards that can be combined to reach a submission position. Whether you’re an absolute beginner who’s never done a footlock before or someone who is looking to expand their methods beyond the normal ones, there will be something of use for you.

Oli Geddes ist Schwarzgurt unter Roger Gracie und einer der aktivsten Wettkämpfer Europas (über 600 Kämpfe).

Oli ist bekannt für sein strukturiertes Training und besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplizierte Techniken ins Detail herunterzubrechen und selbst Anfängern leicht verständlich zu machen.

Darüber hinaus ist Oli als gefragter Referee aktiv (IBJJF, Polaris) und kann euch zu jeglichen Fragen bezüglich des Regelsystems der IBJJF kompetente Antworten geben.
